Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $400
Reorder Minimum: $200
Payment

I accept credit card payments via our invoicing system. Payments are processed at the time of shipment.
Net Terms

I offer Net 30 terms to accounts in good standing by request only and require credit references.
Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. International orders are shipped via USPS unless an account is provided. All duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Turnaround Times

Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days, but turn around times may vary. Rush options are available for an additional fee, please email wholesale@rachelrichardsfineart.com to discuss.
Backorders

Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and cannot be returned once products have shipped. I accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 14 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at wholesale@rachelrichardsfineart.com.
Packaging & Distribution

Products must be sold in original packaging. Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products can not be sold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy).
