Choosing art online can be tricky. You might love a piece but have no idea what size it should be, whether it works above your sofa, or which frame will look best in the room.

This complimentary 45 minute video consultation is a chance to figure those things out together. We’ll look at your space, the artwork you’re considering, and chat about what you want the finished room to feel like. You don’t need to know exactly what you want before we meet.

What we'll do together

Depending on what you need help with, we can explore:

  • Which Rachel Richards Fine Art prints work best in your space
  • Artwork size, scale, orientation, and placement
  • Single pieces, pairs, or groupings
  • Framing, matting, and frame color options
  • How your choices work with your furniture and existing décor

Already have a favorite print? We can start there. No idea what you want yet? That’s completely fine too.

What you'll receive

You’ll leave with clear recommendations for the artwork, size, framing, and placement that work best for your space.

You’ll also receive a custom digital mockup of your room, so you can see how the recommended artwork will look on your wall before placing your order.

Before your appointment

To create an accurately scaled mockup, it’s helpful if you can send me a photo of your space before we meet.

  • Tape an 8.5” x 11” piece of paper horizontally in the center of the wall (painter’s tape works best). I’ll use this for scale.
  • Back up far enough to show the full wall from floor to ceiling, with the paper still visible.
  • Take the photo straight-on so I can clearly see the proportions and layout.

Email your photo to hello@rachelrichardsfineart.com before your appointment. If there are particular prints or frame styles you’re considering, feel free to include those too.
