All artwork, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Rachel Richards Fine Art and protected under U.S. copyright law (USC Title 17).
Your purchase of a physical print or digital file grants You a personal, non-transferable license for personal display only. You may not reproduce, scan, digitize, resell, publish, modify, or distribute any artwork or content without express written permission from Company.
We reserve the right to take legal action for unauthorized use of Our intellectual property.
Ordering and Payment Terms
By placing an order, You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. An order is considered accepted once payment is processed and You receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, or other concerns at Our sole discretion. If an order is canceled, You will be notified and refunded in full.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify or approved third-party processors. We do not store Your payment information.
Product Descriptions and Variations
We make every effort to represent Our artwork accurately, but we cannot guarantee that Your device’s display will match the exact tones, contrast, or texture of the final printed product.
Because each print is individually produced:
• Slight color and tonal variations may occur
• Paper texture, ink density, and trimming tolerances may vary minimally
• These variations do not constitute defects
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change at any time. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on Your shipping address and current tax laws.
We may modify or discontinue products at any time.
Discounts and Promotions
Unless otherwise stated:
• Discounts cannot be combined
• Discounts are not applied retroactively
• Promotions may change or end without notice
• Automatic discounts apply only when eligibility requirements are met
Shipping and Delivery
Processing times vary by print size, material, and order volume. Provided timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
• Additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by You
For international shipments (if available), customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Replacements, Returns, and Exchanges
Because fine art prints are made to order, We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
If Your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

Approved claims will result in a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not issued for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color differences due to screen calibration
• Minor variations inherent to the printing process
We may require the return of the damaged item before sending a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Because prints are made to order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once printing has started.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for fraud concerns, inaccuracies, or other issues, with a full refund provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount You paid for that product.
We are not liable for:
• Damage caused by handling, framing, installation, or environmental exposure
• Carrier-related issues
• Delays outside Our control
• Allergic reactions to materials
Design Consultation Terms
Any design or placement advice We provide—via email, messaging, or consultation—is for general guidance only and is not professional interior design. We are not responsible for framing decisions, hanging methods, or installation outcomes.
Consultation applies only to artwork purchased from Us.
Communications & Privacy
Public content You submit—such as reviews, blog comments, or social media interactions—may be visible to others and may be used by Us for business or marketing purposes.
Private order-related communications (email, order details, shipping information, etc.) remain confidential and handled according to Our Privacy Policy. We do not use private messages for marketing without explicit permission.
By submitting a testimonial or review, You grant Us permission to display it on Our website or in marketing materials.
Product Disclaimers
All prints are made to order and may have slight variations. Colors, tones, and contrast may differ from what You see on Your screen due to device calibration, lighting, and viewing conditions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, framing, environmental exposure, or failure to follow care recommendations.
Product specifications, pricing, and availability may change at any time.
Errors, Availability & Order Corrections
