Unframed Prints, Open-Edition, and Non-Customized Orders

All unframed, open-edition, and non-customized are eligible for a full refund, less the return shipping costs, so long as the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery and the print is in its original packaging and condition.

Prints that show signs of handling, damage, or wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please email hello@rachelrichardsfineart.com with your order number and return request. Once approved, the returnable items must be shipped back within 14 days.

Framed Prints, Limited Editions, and Custom Orders

Framed prints, limited edition, custom sized, and commissioned pieces, are all final sale, as each is made to order.

Defective or Damaged Orders

I will gladly replace any prints that arrive damaged or are incorrect. Please provide proof within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damage via email to hello@rachelrichardsfineart.com.
